That's why I guide you through the whole process, from planning your session right through to gallery delivery.

The Booking Process

 Click ENQUIRE HERE & I'll be in touch within 1-3 business days with an email & information about available dates.


Step 2:

Secure Your Date


Pay your $50 deposit & return your contract to lock it in.

The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to your session.

Step 3:

Plan Together


Fill out a short questionnaire so I can get to know you.


We’ll plan the details—location, outfits & timing.

Step 4:

Session & Delivery


Relax, have fun & let me do the rest! Within 2–4 weeks your gallery will arrive — either for you to choose your favourites or as a full collection, ready to enjoy & share.

For those wanting a simple collection of beautiful images without committing to the full gallery.

 

Includes:

•  relaxed outdoor sunset session (up to 45 minutes)

• 15 professionally edited digital images

• online proofing gallery to choose your favourites

• $50 deposit required to secure your booking

The Keepsake

For those wanting a little more variety & more moments.

 

Includes:

• relaxed outdoor sunset session (up to 60 minutes)

• 40 professionally edited digital images

• $50 deposit required to secure your booking

Frequently asked questions

When will I receive my photos?

Snapshot & Keepsake clients will receive a proofing gallery within 1–4 weeks to choose their favourite images.


Full Story clients will receive their complete gallery within 2–4 weeks.


I don't provide sneak peeks, preferring to deliver galleries as a complete experience.

What If I need to cancel?

✨ Reschedules are encouraged where possible.

• More than 24 hours' notice: no fee applies.

• Less than 24 hours' notice: a one-time $50 rescheduling fee applies.

✨ If you choose to cancel your session entirely, your $50 deposit is non-refundable.

✨ If I need to reschedule due to illness, an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a few extra images as a thank you.

✨ If the weather isn't looking ideal, we'll decide together whether to continue or reschedule.

My children don’t always listen & may not smile for the camera. What should I do?


Don't stress! Sessions aren't about forcing smiles or expecting perfect behaviour. I follow your child's lead & work with their personality, whether they're shy, energetic or somewhere in between. With a background in teaching, I'm comfortable adapting as we go. Often, it's the laughter, movement & little in-between moments that make the best photos.

My partner doesn’t like photos! How do I convince them to come?

Try reframing it for your partner: it’s not about awkwardly standing in front of a camera & smiling the whole time. It’s about spending time together as a family—playing games, tickling each other, cuddling, & letting the kids run around—capturing genuine, joyful moments you’ll actually remember.

Does Clare Curtis Photography offer payment plans or vouchers?

Yes! Flexible payment plans are available. Please get in touch, & I'd be happy to discuss an option that suits your circumstances.



Vouchers are perfect for birthday presents, baby showers, newborn gifts, anniversaries, Father's day, Mother's day, Valentine's day or Christmas!

Does Clare Curtis Photography travel?

I offer free travel within a 10km radius of Parkes. For each additional km outside of this, a $1.00 per total km travelled charge will apply.
